Yes. PrintPlate is a cloud-based platform, so your customer and production information is securely stored and backed up in the cloud rather than relying on one local PC or installation.
Can PrintPlate support multiple plate sizes?
Yes. PrintPlate supports a wide range of plate formats, shapes and sizes, from standard oblong and lipped plates to larger formats and oversize plates.
Can I manage my own users?
Yes. Authorised users can add new users, remove existing users and manage access themselves as the business changes, without contacting Sandhurst Autoprint for routine administration.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. We carry out on-site installation and commissioning, configure printers and software, and provide operator training on site or remotely.
Can I access previous plate history?
Yes. PrintPlate keeps a centralised record of your production in the cloud, so you can look up historical plate information and previous activity when you need it.
What happens if I need technical support?
Our team provides telephone and email support with remote fault diagnostics. Where a fault needs hands on, we carry out on-site diagnostics and repair, and we aim for rapid resolution to keep your production running.
What reporting is available?
PrintPlate gives you live, instant reporting on production and printing activity, including volumes and trends, with per user and per site views for operators with more than one site.
Can you upgrade my existing plate printing setup?
Yes. We support new installations and upgrades, and we will recommend the right printer technology for your plate types, volumes and workflow.

PrintPlate is designed to work with Sandhurst Autoprint printing systems: 4″ TSC printers for standard plates, Citizen printers for batch production, and 8″ GODEX thermal or OKI laser printers for larger formats.
