Reducing our impact.
Improving how we operate.
Sustainability is not a separate initiative for us. It is part of how we run our sites, source materials, manage waste and invest in the future of our business.
Sustainability in numbers
From generating our own renewable energy and transitioning our vehicle fleet, to reducing waste and improving recycling, we are continually looking for practical ways to reduce our environmental impact.
Through solar generation and office upgrades on our own sites.
Through our Ecologi partnership, in verified planting projects.
Offset through Ecologi-supported climate projects around the world.
Of company vehicles already transitioned to fully electric.

Making better use of the space above us
Since 2023, solar panels installed across our warehouse roofs have allowed us to generate a significant proportion of our own electricity.
By producing renewable energy on-site, we are reducing our reliance on grid electricity and lowering the carbon impact of our day-to-day operations.
Looking beyond the finished product
We work with suppliers and manufacturing partners who share our focus on reducing environmental impact, while continually reviewing the materials and processes used across our operations.
Responsible materials
FSC-certified and responsibly sourced paper products are used where applicable.
Lower-impact printing
HP Latex technology is used across relevant print applications, using predominantly water-based inks.
Supplier recycling
Through HP's recycling programme, used printheads and ink cartridges can be returned for responsible processing.
Small changes. Permanent reductions.
LED lighting
Energy-efficient LED lighting and automated motion sensors reduce unnecessary electricity consumption across our offices and warehouses.
Electric vehicles
We are progressively transitioning company vehicles to fully electric alternatives as part of our wider emissions reduction programme.
Waste and packaging
Packaging is reused wherever practical, while recycling facilities across our sites help reduce the amount of waste entering general disposal.
Efficient operations
Our Environmental Management System helps us monitor environmental performance and identify opportunities for continual improvement.
A commitment that is independently certified
We operate an Environmental Management System certified to ISO 14001:2015. It gives us a structured framework for monitoring our environmental impact, managing resources responsibly, meeting our obligations and continually improving our performance.

Supporting environmental projects beyond our sites
Reducing the impact of our own operations comes first, but our environmental contribution does not stop at our doors. Through our partnership with Ecologi, we support verified climate projects and tree planting initiatives around the world.

A little greener closer to home
Our on-site growing areas provide space for fruit and vegetables while creating habitats for local wildlife.
They are also somewhere our team can step away from the working environment and enjoy some genuinely green space during the day.
Sustainability is a process, not a finished project.
In place across our sites
- ISO 14001 environmental management
