Following the latest announcements from the Government we are updating our current position, we are working hard to ensure the minimum interruption to our service but at the same time, we must be mindful of the health and welfare of our staff.
Where possible we have set up home working but our production and warehouse remain at full strength.
This is the latest update regarding our service and supply
All production, dispatch and our Technical department are operating at full strength.
All stocks inwards are still being received and our stock availability is healthy and customer orders will be fulfilled in full.
Our couriers are operating normally albeit orders can take 48 hours to deliver so please allow for that.
We are following all government guidelines within our production facility to ensure staff safety.
We have asked our Service Engineers to not visit customer premises during the next few weeks but to contact our customers by phone.
We hope these measures will see us all through these difficult times and we will continue to support our customers as best we can.
