Due to the continuing situation regarding COVID-19 we have decided to change the service we can offer.

The safety and wellbeing of our staff is our number one priority but at the same time, we have worked hard to continue to support our valued customers.

We hope by putting into place these measures we can look forward to getting through these troubled times together.

We have already mentioned that where possible some of our team are working from home and we know that many of our customers are either closed or working on short hours or staff.

  • Our Sales, production and despatch will remain in operation but under limited hours 10.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.

  • Our Technical department is open for calls during these times but as usual, calls will still be answered at all times. We will however not visit any customers or receive visitors during the lockdown period.

  • Our courier company and Royal Mail will still be picking up orders each day but at 3.30 pm and although we would hope all deliveries are delivered within 2 days, we have noticed that delivery times are taking longer than normal.

All of these measures are temporary and we hope to return to normal service soon
